Joey is a handsome 2-year-old German Shepherd x Border Collie cross with an incredible zest for life and an impressive jumping ability. Unfortunately, this one unique skill worked against him, as he was able to jump fences that the pound couldn't safely secure, placing him at risk through absolutely no fault of his own.
